What happens if a loan without a Buyback stops paying altogether?

If our collection efforts do not yield results and the loan reaches 5 overdue installments with no payment in the last 3 months, we declare it non-performing. We have an agreement with a collection agency to which we automatically sell these receivables. Your share is bought out at this price, and you then recover only the corresponding part of your invested funds.
