Where is the money coming from?

The origin of our funds is clear and demonstrable. Klear started with EUR 1 million of the founders' personal and family savings, and today the company's majority shareholder is ITF Group AD. In March 2026, ITF Group fully subscribed a capital increase of nearly EUR 1 million, which allows us to expand lending to micro and small businesses and to develop new investment products.
